Just wrapped up a super-useful automation that handles outbound call dispositions in a clean and intelligent way using Make + Salesforce + Batch Dialer — and I'm sharing the blueprint with you below 🧠⚙️
🔍 What It Does
When an outbound call ends, the scenario:
  • Watches for call + disposition data
  • Routes based on disposition value
  • 🧠 Decides if it should:
  • Adds a retry mechanism if the disposition doesn’t sync right away (delays + retries to catch it properly)
⚒️ Tools Used:
  • Make.com (Scenario builder)
  • Salesforce (Leads & Opps)
  • Batch Dialer (Call events & notes)
