Welcome to my curated guide of recommended supplies! These are the tools I personally use or trust to help you become a Massage Alchemist in your own home.

Lubricants:

Jojoba Oil: https://amzn.to/4g211mP A quick pro-tip: While this product mentions use in hair, many women do NOT like oil in their hair :) Be sure to ask about their preference, or you might end up in the dog house! I recommend jojoba oil as it's more hypoallergenic than many nut-based oils (like coconut or almond).
Lotion: https://amzn.to/47cBEMJ My honest opinion? You're better off with a high-quality cream or oil. But if you prefer lotion, this one will fit the holster mentioned below.
Equipment:
Massage Holster: https://amzn.to/464rHzP This becomes incredibly useful in Level 2 when we start adding rhythm to your massage. The cream above is too large for this, but it's perfect for the oil/lotion bottle.
Tables: We Gettin' Serious Now 😎
Most Affordable: https://amzn.to/4lM9P1f I can't vouch for this table personally, but with the current price, Prime shipping, and 81% 5-star reviews, it's a hard deal to beat. I'd recommend adding extra padding to it.

Comfort:
