Funny Thing!
When I was a child of 5 or 6 yrs, I was playing tag in a field with my cousins and to my surprise, looking down in the tall grass, I found a weird iron tool or something. What could it be, I thought? I found this tool S-shaped thing behind a lodge, where men gathered inside talking business we kids thought. Staring at it later at home, I still had no idea except that it might be a dinosaur fang or nail. Not until years later, as an apprentice did i learn that weird tool was called a "Rat Tail" in masonry. For those that don't know, its a tool used to finish the joints between bricks or blocks.
What's your funny childhood memory, do tell?
