We all have that one thing we hate doing. One thing for me, is pushing myself to the limit on the Airdyne bike. πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ I absolutely dread those intense sprintsβ€”every second feels like an eternity, and my mind keeps begging me to stop. But that’s exactly why I need to do it.
