MARRIED UNIVERSITY ROADMAP

Your simple guide to getting started and growing with intention.

Family, Married University was built to help husbands and wives learn, connect, grow, and build stronger marriages God’s way. There are two distinct experiences here: MU Community — where we connect and grow together. MU Campus — where enrolled marriages do the deeper work of transformation. Here’s your roadmap.

STEP 1 — START WITH THE THREE PINNED POSTS

Begin with Welcome to Married University, Community Culture & How We Grow Here, and The Married University Roadmap. These will help you understand who we are, how we move, and how to make the most of your experience.

STEP 2 — INTRODUCE YOURSELF

Tell the MU Community a little about you: your name, how long you’ve been married, and one area where you’d like to grow. You don’t have to share everything. Just let us know you’re in the room.

STEP 3 — GET CONNECTED IN MU COMMUNITY

This is your FREE community, and it has a purpose of its own. Join the conversations. Answer the questions. Participate in polls. Share wins. Ask questions. Encourage another husband or wife. Engage with our weekly marriage discussions and biblical encouragement. MU Community is where we connect, learn, encourage one another, and grow together. You belong here whether or not you ever enroll in Campus.

STEP 4 — CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION

Throughout the week, Johnnie & Paula speak to the unspoken issues of marriage through our public teachings. MU Community is where those conversations continue. Don’t just ask, “What did I learn?” Begin asking, “What did this reveal to me about myself and my marriage?” Revelation creates an opportunity for growth.

STEP 5 — DECIDE WHEN YOU’RE READY FOR MORE

At some point, you may realize, “I don’t just want to understand what’s happening. I’m ready to work on it.” That’s where the Married University experience changes. You don’t have to leave the Community. You simply have the opportunity to go deeper.

MU CAMPUS — PAID

Where revelation moves toward transformation.

Campus is our guided transformation environment for husbands and wives who are ready to intentionally do the work.

STEP 6 — ENROLL YOUR MARRIAGE

Campus members receive access to our deeper biblical and practical transformation experience, including our weekly Transformation Room™. Every Monday, we take what has been revealed and begin working through it together. Not simply, “What does my spouse need to change?” but “What is God showing me, and what am I going to do with it?”

STEP 7 — WORK THE TRANSFORMATION SYSTEM™

Inside Campus, our teaching follows THE MIRROR → THE ROOT → THE RENEWAL → THE ALTAR → THE BUILD → THE ASSIGNMENT → THE EVIDENCE. We identify what’s happening, understand what’s underneath it, confront it with God’s truth, surrender what needs to change, build something healthier, practice what we’ve learned, and look for evidence of growth. Campus isn’t about consuming more content. It’s about applying what you’re learning.

STEP 8 — PRACTICE & PARTICIPATE

Whether you’re in MU Community or MU Campus, growth requires participation. For Community members: Connect. Learn. Encourage. Grow. For Campus members: Learn. Apply. Practice. Report. Repeat. And for everyone: Keep showing up.

STEP 9 — CELEBRATE THE EVIDENCE

Every honest conversation. Every renewed thought. Every apology. Every healthier response. Every restored connection. Every surrendered attitude. Every step forward matters. We don’t celebrate perfection here. We celebrate progress, participation, and evidence that what we’re learning is becoming how we’re living.
