how to start a second YouTube channel

Hello marketers - I have a question about YouTube if anyone has any insights about this please. I had a YouTube channel in my name, renamed it to a business name. Now I would also like another business YouTube channel. My question is - do I just stay in the First Business channel and create another channel from there? Or do I need to get another email address, and create another channel from scratch for the Second Business channel?
