I've just been promoted to level 3 and it's making me overthink a little.
How can I pick one focus when everything feels urgent?
Tasks in my head right now...
Create and schedule social media
Create content for my Skool community (it's new and there's nothing in there)
Promote the community (technically it's social media)
Edit the chapters of my book and finish writing it.
Create/map out the content for my course
And that's just the work stuff! ๐
Now that I've written it down, that order kinda makes sense to me.
Does anyone else have ADHD and struggle with prioritising and task paralysis?
