My niche is medical offices, and I’ve been visiting local practices like dentists and chiropractors and more. The challenge I’m running into is that I can’t seem to reach the decision makers, such as the office manager or the doctor.
Most of the time, the front desk staff tells me that they’re in a meeting or not in the office and that they’ll pass along my business card. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any callbacks so far.
I usually try to collect their contact information before leaving, but it’s often just the practice’s main front desk number. I then follow up by calling at a later time.
Is there a better way to reach the right person in these offices? Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.
