Onboarding / Discovery call for non-specific offers

Anyone have a checklist, format, SOP for those more broad meetings where you are feeling out the prospect, their business and needs? Not just focused on the Voice AI / Voice Widget or Convo AI? I am envisioning something more about their processes for leads, follow-up, online presence, etc.
