Limited to one phone number
I ran into an interesting issue. My business is a sole proprietorship and I registered A2P as such. I had my number setup for demo on demand. Over the weekend I bought another number to use for a voice and chat agent for my business. None of the SMS messages would go through after setup. I opened a ticket and found sole proprietors are only allowed one number. I’d like to have two numbers though. I may need to just register as an LLC and get an EIN.
