Help Needed On Configuration Please!
I can't seem to get my number configured correctly and need help.
Use case - AI agent to be a fallback during working hours (let the phone ring and if the owner does not pickup the AI agent will pick up) then I want the AI agent to pickup first ring after hours. Is there anyone out there that can let me know how this works in the phone and availability setting?
I can't seem to get this to work the way I need to.
