Today I met with an Auto Repair company and used the demo on demand. Prior to the call I tested it and it worked perfectly. During the Zoom meeting I changed the questions after speaking with him. When he called the number…. Chloe asked all 3 questions in a row instead of asking one at a time. Has anyone else had this issue? Any thoughts or suggestions?
Also…. It sends the initial text and then sends a second message asking ‘what are you trying to use AI for’? This may be because I have an agency bot on the same subaccount but they do have different numbers so not sure why it would ask that right after the initial text unless it’s set up to do that? Help!!
