We are trying to create a call transfer after the voice AI collects all necessary details from the person but it is not working! The number is a mobile number in Australia. we are wondering what we are doing wrong? anyone know
We have
1) We have done a Agent Goal to be WARM transfer with the actual phone number
2) we have the Agents area of the sub-account enabled for outbound calling
3) we added credit in the billing of the subaccount (Does it cost?)
What are we missing?
