A2P Wizard for My Own Agency and as a Sole Proprietor

I was very happy to hear that the A2P Wizard is working again after the latest updates (see recent post by

). However, I'm a little unsure how to fill out the form. I'm trying to get A2P approved for my own agency so that I can use it for the demo on demand. I'm currently a sole proprietor, so I would need to use my name as my business name. Is this how I would feel it out?
