Injury 🤕
I slipped on some concrete playing football 2 fridays ago and my right leg where my groin is has been hurting since. i’m a goalkeeper and it’s affecting my ability to dive and play to my full potential. i’ve took pain killers which ease it slightly it’s not as bad as it was the first couple days but if i work it too hard it feels like day 1 again
Any tips or thoughts about what i’ve done and what i can do? It’s a struggle because i have football 5 times a week
