Dear gentlemans i need some advice

Since i discover our friend Vince in August i decide to make a big update to my hair . ( in the first two pictures down is my hair before started to grown ). As i had the same hair as Vince and really like this style i decided to do the same as he does it . It stood out that i wasnt like the result . My forehead was to big i think and it didnt satisfied me . As a result i stuck . I am in a possition that my styling skills are poor basically i can’t style my new length hair and i dont know what to do whith that ( i will provide two more pictures as what my hair look like as i type this post , i am at work now so no comment 🤣) So yea the third and fourth pic is my hair currently… do you have any advice ?
