The Attitude Of Gratitude
Gratitude is the highest vibration you can embody, and when you live in a constant state of it, your subconscious mind aligns with the energy of receiving, where all the magic truly happens. Here’s what I want you to do: throughout the day, keep a “gratitude count”. Every time you notice something to be grateful for whether it’s a positive thought, a kind gesture, or simply something beautiful around you mentally add it to your count. Your goal is to hit a minimum of 100 gratitude moments by the end of the day. This practice trains your mind to stay in a constant state of abundance and shifts your vibration to match your desires. At the end of the day, come back to this community and share your number so we can all stay accountable and inspired together🫵🏻🌟
1. Set a Reminder: Start your day with the intention to track gratitude. Write “Gratitude Count” on a sticky note or set a phone alarm or on your notes app in your phone
2. Notice and Count: Every time you feel grateful, say it mentally and add it to your count. For example, “1: I woke up safe, 2: This cup of coffee, 3: Sunshine today, literally ANYTHING, it’s never too small or big
3. Stay Consistent: Carry your count with you throughout the day. Challenge yourself to notice even the smallest things.
4. Reflect and Share: At night, add up your gratitude count and share it in the community it’s your accountability and inspiration moment🤷‍♂️
Keep your vibration at 100 or more every day and watch how effortlessly your desires flow into your life
This is one of the many things that works for so so many clients of mine, and if you don’t take the seriously, I am just going to assume that you are not serious about your manifestation journey.
