I discovered Kristina at exactly the right moment, of course 💖 The energy I felt from the first post I saw caused something in me to know this was a person I could learn from. Kristina has taken her experiences and all she has learned and created a beautiful space where she shares in a way that makes sense and is easy to follow. When you are ready to grow and truly make a shift, start in the classroom and come with an open mind, be willing to make the changes, and watch the shift take place!

I am beyond GRATEFUL to have taken the leap to join this amazing community that I prefer to call family, my safe space to share my experiences, emotions,hardships I struggle to navigate. I tried to navigate myself through all my hardships forever, believing I was this minuscule weird person, been to much for every person I love. Our weekly calls reconnect me. In this community I can just be! Breathwork/meditation has brought me home everytime! Slow down, go with the flow to grow and you glow ❤️

I have been with Kristina since she first started this community, and I can honestly say that she has made such a profound difference in my life. This group is truly transformative. The community is so supportive and Christina is an amazing coach. My eight year-old son joined me in our first breath work session and it was magical. He followed her lead and went into a beautiful restful place for quite a while. The meditations are true truly wonderful. We do them daily.There is so much content to be discovered that she has poured her soul into it is worth every penny. The group calls on Sunday brain community together in such a profound way
