Welcome to Mandarin Friends. Your first goal is to meet one person—not finish another course.
1. Introduce yourself in the comments:
• Name + timezone
• Your level: HSK 1–2, HSK 3–4, HSK 5–6, or “not sure”
Add one label to the beginning of your Skool bio so other members can easily see your Mandarin level:

• Why you are learning Mandarin
• One interest outside Chinese

2. Reply to one person with a real follow-up question. Someone near your level is a great place to start.
3. Optional useful tool: Zhongwen Chinese-English Dictionary for Chrome
It lets you hover over Chinese characters on webpages to see their meaning. Use it to stay inside the conversation instead of stopping for every lookup.
Want corrections? Add: 请帮我改一下。 Otherwise, ask before correcting someone.
