What Are You Up To?
Now that Spring has officially begun with summer temperatures, what are y’all up to in your gardens? And what’s your favorite thing to see around your garden this time of year?
Me I’m still slowly cleaning up the wind storm mess, finally putting down mulch around our garden beds that’s been sitting exposed dirt for 5 months (Got the mulch at Ewing if anyone’s curious. The delivery to Taft/Drake is 110$) and trying to decide on which berry bushes to add this year. So far I’m leaning toward another red currant and a blackberry.
My favorite thing around the garden is the cherry blossoms buzzing with bees. It’s the bees knees… yeah alright I’ll see myself out.
