No business. How can I launch an AI agency
Hey , I don’t officially have a business yet (used to run a marketing and lead gen agency).
I was originally going to start researching the best target industries to launch AI sales and marketing automation services (think chatbot, SMS & voice follow-up - then move to further AI automation) for small to medium businesses…
but I’m wondering if you think there’s a better way to go about it?
How would you recommend I start out?
Can Manus research the best opportunities for an AI agency in Australia?
