I’ve been watching it all morning here in Bali, woke up at 5.45 am to the NEWS (I hope this is ok to share in here, my morning ponder, please remove if not)
The excitement.
The hype.
The holy sht TIERS ARE HERE! Energy.
WOOP 🤘
And I get it. I’m buzzing too.
This update’s a big f*cking deal.
It’s what so many of us have been waiting for: finally being able to create different levels, experiences, and offers all under one roof.
But before you go tearing through Skool like it’s IKEA on payday, hear me out, because I’ve been that person.
The one who jumped on every shiny new update like it was the missing piece.
I’d get that rush of excitement, the dopamine hit, “This is it. THIS is the thing that’ll change everything.”
Spoiler: it very rarely was.
(Not saying never, btw — sometimes the shiny thing does help… just not the way we think it will.)
Because tiers, tools, and tech don’t fix what clarity, traffic, and connection haven’t built.
They just amplify whatever’s already there — the good, the messy, and the sh*t you’ve been ignoring.
And I’m saying this with love, not to throw a wet blanket over this epic news.
This is me talking to myself as much as to you.
A little reminder to pause before you sprint.
To plan before you pounce.
Look — I believe in possibilities.
This update is f*cking exciting 😀
But I’ve learnt the long way that walking with intention gets you further than leaping with chaos.
One grounded step forward beats three burnt-out steps back, every time.
So before you go renaming all your spaces and stacking levels like Jenga, let’s talk about what actually makes this work long-term. 👇 (MY POV b4 anyone gets their knickers in a twist)
🚦 𝟏. 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒 (yup, everyone, I am sure you have seen Evelyn's epic Traffic Challenge in GWE)
I know… not sexy.
But if new people aren’t coming into your world, your tiers will sit there gathering dust.
Traffic is oxygen.
And no it doesn’t have to come from ads or fancy funnels.
It comes from the unsexy stuff many people skip:
→ Consistent content.
→ Daily conversations.
→ Showing up where your people already hang out.
You can have the prettiest tiered structure on the planet, but if nobody knows you exist, it’s like throwing a party and forgetting to send invites.
💬 𝟐. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍
Tiers don’t build trust — you do.
Your lowest level still needs to feel magnetic AF.
Think about it — if people don’t feel connected at the $0 or $1 level, why the ef would they pay more to go deeper?
Your role is to make that entry point feel like the best space they’ve ever joined.
A place where people are seen, heard, and part of something real.
Because connection makes people stay, and staying leads to spending.
🎯 𝟑. 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄
Here’s the mistake I made: I built new things in the past, thinking it would fix my lack of flow.
All it did was multiply the chaos.
A new tier isn’t a new business model — it’s an amplifier.
It takes what’s already working and helps you scale it intentionally.
If your current offer feels messy or unclear, fix that first.
Otherwise, you’re just putting lipstick on overwhelm.
Start by asking:
→ What’s the journey I actually want to take people on?
→ What transformation does each step represent?
→ How do they feel when they move from one level to the next?
When you design with intention, the structure sells itself.
💎 𝟒. 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐀𝐓 𝐀 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄
You don’t need three tiers and a full funnel by Friday
You need one irresistible next step.
Build your base first, the one that builds community, trust, and consistency.
Then slowly stack on top.
Poll your audience. Ask what they’d actually pay for. Create small, validated upgrades.
Because nothing kills momentum faster than building ten rooms before you’ve invited anyone inside the house.
🧭 𝟓. 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆
Here’s the sauce
It’s not about how much people pay, it’s about how they feel when they do.
Each tier should feel different.
Different vibe. Different access. Different energy.
Make every level a moment.
Give your people something to aspire to, not just something to buy. That’s how you build loyalty, not churn.
💬 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬…
You don’t need to rush. Tiers will still be there next week.
You don’t get extra points for being first, but you do get peace of mind for building something sustainable.
So zoom out. Check your foundations. Make sure your message, content, and offers actually flow.
Because the truth is, this update isn’t a magic fix it’s an amplifier.
If you’re already magnetic, it’ll make you more magnetic. If you’re messy, it’ll make you messier.
So yeah, obvs it’s exciting AF.
But don’t lose your head in the hype.
Keep your focus where it’s always mattered ❤️
→ Traffic.
→ Connection.
→ Conversation.
→ Consistency.
That’s the game.
Always has been. Always will be.
And if you’ve been telling yourself, “This new update will be the thing that finally changes everything,” consider this your gentle slap — it’s not the tool. #saidwithlove
It’s how you use it.
Let’s talk it out, share your ideas, plans, or next steps below.
Are you going freemium? Paid-only? Or playing the slow-and-solid game?
I hope this landed for whoever needed the reminder.
I’ve got ideas brewing for my own tiers, but I’m walking my walk, one step at a time, not ten at once.
We’ve got this ❤️
