Hi! I'm Janell, a Certified Parent Coach from Southern California who's been working with parents for over a decade. The last two years I've been navigating the empty-nest life (one daughter studying abroad in Barcelona, the other in grad school in Chicago). Thankfully my husband and I love to travel, so it's not that easy for them to escape us LOL.
