The reality is that we don't check every box on a job description. And even if we did, it doesn't guarantee we'll get the interview.
So you might as well show up thinking about the value you can bring.
Not just enough value to fit the role, but so much value that they have to rethink the role itself.
The goal isn't to fit perfectly into a box.
The goal is to become so valuable they create a new box for you.
