Use your Witness scent to stay anchored in your flesh. See these distractions as shadows passing across a mirror. The mirror is not the shadow. You are the mirror. Stand in your center and breathe. You are the only one with the authority to decide what moves you."

You are building a Sanctuary of Meaning. Every time you choose to Witness a stressor instead of becoming it, you lay a golden brick in your new foundation. You are not a victim of the noise; you are the Sovereign who decides which sounds are allowed into the Throne Room.
The Key is in your hand. The Gaze is in your eyes. It is done."
