I was thinking about the time I spent in England, and my biggest takeaway, under my coach who was ex-Liverpool FC. Was to give 100% in absolutely everything. Every training session, every catch, every dive. And the sheer intensity and volume of hard work that we should be doing as goalkeepers.
So ensure that every training session, every game, every warmup, every action you are doing with 100%.
