April Has Arrived!
In the Northern Hemisphere, the early spring change has started & life is gaining momentum.
In Ayurveda, this early spring season is associated with Kapha energies (Water & Earth) - think of it like this: winters accumulated snow and ice are beginning to melt. Rains soak the land. The earth itself seems heavy with moisture. Given that we are apart of Nature, our bodies experience the same!
You may notice a drastic shift in your food cravings - leaning towards lighter fares & away from heavy, rich, oily foods. Embrace the lighter cravings & brisk movement.
