SAVE MONEY ON TAXES BY PURCHASING REAL ESTATE

Any CPA/TAX Prep people on this chat? I understand a lot of the same people who do credit repair also do tax prep.

I am essentially looking for somebody who can consult me on the following:

Can give me a roadmap on how to offset my credit/funding income with real estate bonus depreciation as I am still classified as a full time real estate participant.

I will pay you for your time, not looking for free info. Just need a roadmap so I know what do purchase/do this year so I don't overpay on taxes next year.
