Breathe it all in
I am overflowing with gentle goodness. With warm, loving consistency of calm, natural Kindness to myself, I am able to feel a secure calm nervous system and enjoy, even savour the present moment. This gift, our presence, is sacred. Pause in your day and breathe slower. Deeper, more fulfilling breaths and smile. I encourage you to say: "I am a miracle and life is so precious and beautiful." X3
We are divine beings of love and light. Sacred geometry, sound and de- light. Let's ground down our etheric light roots, down, down anchoring into the earth, letting go and releasing anything heavy or stagnant back into mother earth's dark soil
