I saw a couple of new faces join and wanted to personally say welcome.
You’re here at a really interesting stage — before this becomes crowded, noisy, or diluted.
This space is being built for people who know they’re capable of more… but don’t want to follow the typical “work harder, earn slightly more” path anymore.

What made you join?

No pressure to be polished — just real answers.
