Mega meet! My notes...
Wicked today at Swingers ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚ had some really nice conversations and made some good eye contact ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€
The people really do make an event, and this one was no different. There could have been no agenda at all and it stil be worth it connecting with you all. Inspiring and motivating, thank you! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ
But as for the speakers... Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience, it was humbling and insightful ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
.
.
Here are my notes - they may or may not make sense, but I thought it might be somewhat valuable to those who were in attendance as a reminder.
**Not polished/messy.

Wealth Ladder system

Moved from LINKEDIN โžก๏ธ YOUTUBE
1:MANY
โœ–๏ธShort form content does not build influence
Short form = awareness ads
Long form = building influence, building a brand
Google and YouTube are the worlds largest search engines. - so it makes sense to put content there over other platforms.
Example client: YouTube 300 views, 6 inbound leads, 1 close = ยฃ4K ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ
Meaning views don't always matter
ChatGPT is referencing/recommending YouTube videos.
โœ… Brand is the only thing that is going to stand. People need to know your name. Long term investment. Long form content.
*Farhoon ยฃ64k MRR*
Started posting 3-4 times a week on LinkedIn, then moved them onto Skool.
Views don't matter, it's got to be the right people.
Testimonial posts do well without many views (try LinkedIn)
1 recorded Q&A call a week - good content for the community.
*Adnan*
Right time, right vehicle, say yes.
Created his own SAAS.
Recommends annuals (33% off - 12mnths for price off 8)
โœ–๏ธ Don't sell to poor people/low disposable income
Waiting list model - create scarcity, desire and urgency
Many chat - reels, don't need many views. Target interested users
Develop onboarding system
Don't send strangers to Skool about page
Annual membership changed the game and controlling when people could join.
โœ… You have to always produce content. Long form works best.
Views can suck, but you convert more - because you resonate more with a more targeted message
Flywheel concept - one main valuable video โฌ…๏ธ other videos point to that video! Then the main video has key links.
Attention Interest Desire
*AI JACK ยฃ130k a month (started 15 months ago?)
You go faster with niching down. 'riches in niches'
YouTube is main driver of traffic
Always the think about avatar perspective (who is going to watch this video) - would they click on it?
Dive into data, see what works, and double down.
Use automations to scrape comments and see what competitors aren't doing enough of.
Look at low follower accounts with great engagement - that's what resonates with the audience, not 100k views from someone with large audience.
AI is still very early, we are ahead of the curve!!
*Yanis - Voice AI
Started charging ยฃ1kthen ended at ยฃ30k for a particular solution
Using Skool to help people leverage information via ai and work remotely
Use RSS Feeds - email newsletter of scraped information from chosen websitesย staying up to date in chosen field.
You only need 1 tool to provide value to a client.
Focus on Outreach and marketing
Putting your face out there works more than faceless volume
Using voice ai for cold calling isn't good. Good use case for inbound.
Voice AI agent should always announce that it is AI
Emotional response AI coming soon.
Pangia pass - eSim yearly contract covering 105 countries, perfect for traveling and remote working. $27 a month

Overall good vibes and probs to us all for making the IRL. Mini golf was good, we broke out into 4s to play against each other. I'm not competitive at all, but I won.
Looking forward to continuing the conversation with you on Skool. Thanks again and have a wicked weekend! ๐Ÿซก๐Ÿ˜Ž
