READ THIS FIRST - HOW THIS NETWORK ACTUALLY WORKS
Local Resale Agents Network is a professional, in-person resale network for reliable people who want to earn real local income by executing simple tasks consistently.
This is not a gig board.
This is not passive income.
This is not “hands-off” online work.
Agents act as local, on-site reps for resale deals in their area. Your role is straightforward:
• show up locally when you opt into a deal
• take photos or facilitate short visits
• handle scheduled handoffs
The desk handles pricing, listings, buyers, payments, and coordination.
No inventory
No cold calls
No selling
Seller and buyer never meet
The system works because everyone stays in their lane.
This network is designed to build repeatable habits:
showing up on time, communicating clearly, and following instructions. Over time, that consistency compounds into repeat local income and stronger personal standards.
Some agents treat this as flexible side income.
A few agents end up doing this full-time - not because it’s assigned that way, but because they choose to stack clients and opt into more deals once they understand the system.

One completed deal often covers the cost of membership many times over - but that’s not the point.
