I want to pull back the curtain on something I am doing right now with an e-commerce client and share the six scenarios we mapped out in the Phase 1 diagnostic. These are not hypothetical. They are the direct output of an honest audit of where a real brand stands today.
The brand has been in business for decades. They have a Shopify store, a Klaviyo account, a Google Ads account, and a Meta pixel. None of it is connected correctly. Sound familiar?

Planned once, runs every time.
Scenario 5: Seasonal campaigns that run forever Google Trends tells you exactly when demand builds for your category. Most brands start preparing after the demand curve is already moving. The fix is mapping those windows once, building recurring calendar reminders, and putting the launch checklist in the hands of the creative team automatically. Every season better than the last. Institutional knowledge that does not walk out the door when someone leaves.
Scenario 6: Real revenue, one system Shopify sees web orders. QuickBooks holds the books. They do not talk. This means wholesale net-term invoices, POS deposits, and DTC revenue all have to be reconciled by hand. The fix connects them so the number in the report is the number that actually happened.
