Sometimes that conversation can lead to a real relationship, referral, collaboration, or client.
But sometimes it turns into free consulting with no clear next step.
So here is the question:
How do you decide when to offer a free conversation and when to require a paid consultation?
A. I offer free calls while I’m still building trust
B. I only offer paid consultations
