The LIT Way to Have a Hard Conversation
This week’s blog hits close to home for me. I’m not quite ready, but I know there is a conversation I need to have.
Before I speak, I’m giving myself space to pause and get honest.
Write on this:
What truth have I been avoiding because I’m afraid of how it may be received?
What am I really feeling underneath the frustration, fear, or hesitation?
What do I want this conversation to create — clarity, connection, healing, understanding, or something else?
And when I am ready, how can I speak this truth with love instead of letting silence create distance?
