This community group offers a safe, supportive space for people living with ongoing pain and disability. We focus on connection, understanding, and gentle tools that support wellbeing without pressure to “fix” or change your body. Each session honours lived experience, encourages self-compassion, and supports participants to move at their own pace. You are welcome exactly as you are — whether you wish to share, listen, rest, or simply be present. This is a place of respect, care, and shared strength.
