INTRODUCTION!
Before finding the power of #Ketosis, I would resolve to start a new crazy diet, "cleanse" or supplement --- in order to help mitigate some of my inflammation disease paired with the fatigue of mobility issues.
Nothing worked.
I was misdiagnosed for over a decade and I was 28 when I had my first bi-lateral knee replacement and then 4 other join reconstructive surgeries in two years.
I was sick, tired and frustrated... alone.
“But no, for real this time…”
Every day, I would eat (or not eat) on some “plan”, or take some pill, or chug a juice and then end up quitting anywhere between day 2 or day 60.
I started to develop a bad relationship with food.
I either ate what I thought was "safe" or just said “oh well” and ate 3 plates full of nachos.
I either gained a bunch of weight or was skirting on the lines of dangerous BMI.
None of my "self treatments" were smart or healthy.
If anything, they did more harm than good.
I was so tired of the ON and OFF cycle.
“I’ll start again Monday…” began to be my Mantra.
I wanted a strong and healthy body.
I wanted to end the cycle of constantly thinking about food.
I just wanted to be NORMAL.
Since implementing a low carb conscious diet, implementing the 5 pillars of health and drinking PTKs daily…
I have completely evolved not only my relationship with food but also I am stronger and healthier than ever.
I have all day energy.
I’m fueled properly.
I can MOVE freely.
I can crush gym workouts and I actually WANT to train.
I am building muscles.
I make food choices that are aligned with my goals.
I now have a carb awareness and I don't feel like I’m "strict dieting."
My cravings are controlled.
Monday’s come and go, and I’ve remained on the path to 1% better… and over time, things keep getting BETTER AND BETTER.
The best part?
… I now teach people lose weight, fix their relationship with food feel so confident -- even naked.
It’s crazy because a few short years ago, I could barely walk down the stairs.
I want this for you.
I want this for US.
I want this for the world.
YES ketones are amazing!
YES the keto diet is amazing!
YES it’s SIMPLE but it’s not EASY.
My mission is to help as many people has humanly possible who are ready to say YES to themselves and finally put down the excuses and get into execution.
