Day 8

(I’m not sure where my post went from last night, so i’ll try again.)

The turning point for me in my faith was when I left home for college. At just 18 it was an opportunity to pursue God in a new city without the pressures of church attendance or approval from my peers and parents. In that moment I decided to get connected with a local church and prioritize a relationship with Jesus on my own.

I am forever grateful for the path I took and the opportunity to be born again, so that I could live forever in Christ and with Christ.

Here are a few verses that come to mind about being born again.

“Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.””

2 Corinthians 5:17: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
