My Name is Nohea and I am from Tahiti but I currently live on Oahu, Hawaii on the south east shore in Hawaii Kai 🌈☀️
Bodyboard has been picking my interest lately and for a few years already actually since a lot of my friends are practicing the sport. Moved to Oahu when I was 18 for school and would catch a ride to sandy beach few times a week to watch the waves & people surfing. 🏄
First competition I attended to was the Eddie Aikau in 2015 at Waimea Bay on the Northshore of Oahu… Crazy shit!!!!!
Thought i’d give a try to bodyboarding finally after all these years & just got myself a sick little bodysurfing starter pack & I am excited to have joined this group which I think will help me get some practice in and hopefully catch some fun waves soon! 🪼💧🌊
Nice to connect with you all & looking forward to meet everyone when I move back to Tahiti next year with my girlfriend! She loves bodysurfing too. 🤙🏼☺️
