Converting Spanish Notebook Course to Italian

I remember a few people saying that they used the 20 Day Notebook Course as a template for creating an Italian Notebook. Today someone asked me how effective that is, and since I've never tried it myself, I wanted to ask anyone who has done it. Also, is an Italian course of some kind in order? 🇮🇹
