FREE VERSE FROM A SLAVE
A free verse from a self acclaimed slave
Wriggling within your warmth
is a war I wouldn’t want to win…
a definite determination to be defenseless.
Strike me severally with series of sensations.
Pre and post war, I present myself as a prisoner.
If people call it an imprisonment, I’ll say it’s false.
Shove me into your shackles, I see no shame.
Hold unto me like a hopeless hostage.
I hope you’ll refuse all presented ransom.
Let me be bound by the beauty of your bosom.
Exempt me from all expressions of emancipation
Making your heart my home is now a habit.
For as long as life lives on, I’ll also linger.
A free verse from a self acclaimed slave.
