Why did Iman bought Consult.com?

Iman just did the following announcement, I'm quoting here:

"Happy to formally announce the purchase of Consulting.com - Including all of its intellectual property & products.

This company formerly owned by Sam Ovens & Rian Doris has achieved incredible things. It produced $690m in student earnings, 52 millionaires, 4.9 Stars from 3,758 customer reviews. Those were old survey stats, I’m sure the true numbers are far higher.

The company earned circa $80,000,000 from customers through its products. The bulk of which came from a $2,000 product called Consulting Accelerator.

One of the reasons I bought the company is so I could give these programs to all my customers (Monetise & all current + previous Agency programs) for free. We will also be giving UpLevel Consulting ($6k-$10k) to our high ticket customers for free as well.

As for what I plan on doing with the company, we’ll be rolling our current B2B advisory offering into the brand. Consulting.com will become the N1 advisory firm in the world for knowledge businesses. With my Co-Ownership in Whop & our active involvement in the space as a participant, not only as an advisor - we have a unique insight into this rapidly growing industry that’s unparalleled.
