Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a type of therapy that helps you stop fighting your thoughts and feelings and instead learn how to live with them in a healthier way.
Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate difficult emotions, it focuses on accepting them while committing to actions that align with what truly matters to you.
Becoming the observer of harsh and tough experiences can give us tremdous wisdom to succeed.
