Welcome to Incend Fitness! I’m Troy, an elite fitness coach with a challenge: I can only help so many people, and many can’t afford my coaching. So, I created a course to bring the same value my clients get to more of you.
This course includes 4 key modules:
  1. Mindset: I’ll teach you how to adopt the mindset that keeps me jacked with abs year-round with minimal effort—working out a few times a week and eating what I want.
  1. Nutrition: Learn how to adjust your diet to your goals (fat loss or weight gain), without counting calories. Imagine worrying about how many calories are in a squirt of ketchup. You've got better things to focus on.
  1. Workout Guide: Included are exercise video tutorials and workout splits for literally any schedule.
  1. Recipes: 34 recipes (17 for fat loss and 17 for weight gain) with ingredients, instructions, and fats, protein, carbs, and calories.
