Built my first App
π Just built my first real estate investor app in minutes using Replit + AI π©βπ»π‘
I wanted to test how fast I could go from idea β working app, so I fired up Replit and leaned on AI to brainstorm features. Within minutes, I had:
- π Deal Analysis Tool β quickly crunch numbers on potential properties.
- π Deal Tracking System β keep tabs on offers, status, and follow-ups.
- CRM - Contact Management
- Contracts - for easy access to templates.
Was it perfect? Definitely not. Like anything you create, there are tweaks to work through. But what blew me away was how quickly AI helped me shape the app, outline the core features, and actually spin up a working version inside Replit.
For anyone building tools for their business (or even just experimenting), the combo of AI + Replit is like having an extra developer on your team who works instantly.
