To those that have created a free community. I'm trying to wrap my head around it. I've created a paid community before and that's different because we give away everything.
But for free, you want to upsell or direct them to the paid group. So this is a bit different?
I feel like for the paid, we should be giving them the what, but not exactly the how.
Would that be correct?
I'm trying to build out my free community different than paid, and doing it backwards brings it's own challenges.
Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
