Today's cards and coffee inspired this post. ☕✨
❤️☕✨First off it was LOVELY to meet. Some of you ❤️☕✨
When I was pregnant with my son (who’s now 5!), I suddenly felt this strong pull—an intuitive nudge—to !create something!.
I had no idea what that !something! was supposed to be. At the time, I was a student preparing for an exam as part of my multimedia design education. We had to present a product—something we had created—and show how it could be marketed.
One evening, I was sitting there knitting or crocheting, thinking,
"What could I possibly create that would bring joy to others? Honestly, all I really want to do is sit here and make clothes, toys, and blankets for my baby boy."
And then it hit me...
I was already creating. I just needed to invite others to join in.!
So I pitched an idea to my project group: a knitting book.
Turns out, the group consisted of a talented photographer, a wizard in Illustrator, and me—who can create !anything! with a piece of yarn and two sticks (a.k.a. knitting needles 🧶).
I reached out to my network, found some amazing test knitters, we found a beautiful photo location, and together we finished the book.
At the exam, we presented both the book and a full strategy for how it could be marketed.
It wasn’t !meant! to be real—it was just a fun school project.
But then our teacher said something I’ll never forget:
“You HAVE to publish this. The world needs to see it.”
To me, it was !just! a knitting book. Anyone can write one, right?
But I listened… and today, you can find that book in libraries all over the country. 💫
That experience taught me one thing:
👉 "There is !nothing! I can’t do, as long as I follow my intuition and answer the call."
Today, my knitting books have been replaced by courses—where I now help others (together with Maiken) build passive income in their businesses.
A new calling, a new kind of success. 💻✨
And in the coming days, I’ll be sharing ALL my failures—because *they* are what truly shaped my success. 😍
When did you last follow your intuition?🫶
