My No.1 goal right now is to stay consistent working out 4/5 days a week, keep the diet on track and get down to 15% body fat (currently around 20%)
Go-to pub order is a pint of San Miguel Or Stella kings of all draft lagers!
What usually knocks me iff track is… Beer and partying to hard over the weekend, that rolling over into the following week Monday ect still being rough 😅😣
