There was a time I prayed for doors to open.
Now I thank God for the ones He quietly closed.
Looking back, I can see His protection in places that once felt like disappointment.
What I thought was a delay was direction.
What I thought was rejection was redirection.
What I thought I wanted wasn't what I truly needed.
So today my prayer is simple:
"Dear God, thank You for protecting me from what I thought I wanted." 🤍
