This is just a little bit of what I'm dealing with

It's stress

The strain

So much turmoil

So much pain

Releasing it right now

So I can claim my peace of mind

One second a peace

One second of ease

One second to let Missy(Shug Avery)

Take a breath and yes just breathe

Because the storm is around the corner

So I'm a smile and laugh right now

And just let go of a little flow

Because the next one I've been down

I know for a fact it's going to feel like a mountain

Because I'm building a wall

We are going to crumble

We all want to fall

Trials and tribulations

We are all apart of God's creation

But this this is just a little piece of flow

Don't hold it, but do let go
